We will be appearing at the prestigious Theater 59E59, New York's premier off Broadway venue, as part of their festival 'Brits Off Broadway' from 22nd November to 11th December. We've a new director on board, the cast have their visas, and we're all set. The theatre team are setting the ticketing and publicity machines in motion so watch this space for more details... |
Another new writing award! - for Visiting Time at Leatherhead
Following in the footsteps of The Door, if plays can be said to have footsteps, Visiting Time was judged the best new writing in the Leatherhead Drama Festival earning Tony another Sir Michael Caine Award. Sir Michael wasn't able to be there this time so the award was presented on his behalf by newsreader Nicholas Owens. Plans are now afoot for a new production of the play with Edinburgh 2012 in the sights.

Trevor Danby and friends... at Leatherhead Theatre
Two Tony Earnshaw short plays (about ten minutes each) were featured as part of Leatherhead Theatre's 'Evening with Trevor Danby and friends' on 26th October. As well as the plays, Tony also read some of his poetry in a well received evening of writing and performance.
